How the Credit System Works

Credits are the currency you use to extract and export leads in Sendpilot. This article explains how credits are allocated, where you spend them, and how to buy more.

Your monthly credits

Every plan includes a set number of credits per LinkedIn sender per month.

For most users, this is 800 credits per sender per month. Check your plan page to see your exact monthly allocation.

Credits reset on the same date each month that you signed up. For example, if you signed up on May 17th, your credits reset on June 17th.

πŸ’‘ Note: Credits do not roll over. If you receive 2,000 credits and only spend 1,000, you still start the next month with 2,000, not 3,000.

Where you spend credits

Currently, credits are spent in two places.

  1. Lead Extractor: extracting a lead from LinkedIn costs 1 credit per lead. This applies to any source you use within the lead extractor, including Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Search, and Post Engagement scraping.

  2. Lead Database: exporting a lead from Sendpilot's Lead Database costs 2 credits per lead. If you have 800 credits, you can export 400 leads.

More ways to spend credits are coming as new features are added, including AI Reply Manager, AI Agents, email enrichment, and phone enrichment.

Viewing your credit usage

Go to Settings and open the Credits tab. Here you can see:

Buying additional credits

If you need more credits before your monthly reset, you can buy them as a one-off purchase. These are pay-as-you-go credits and work differently from your monthly allocation.

Go to Settings, open the Credits tab, click Buy Credits, and drag the slider to select how many credits you want. A volume discount is applied automatically as you increase the amount. Click "Continue to Checkout" to complete the purchase.

Purchased credits never reset. If you buy 70,000 credits today, they remain available until you spend them, no matter how long that takes.
