How to export, remove, and move leads in a Campaign

This article covers three things you can do with leads inside a campaign: downloading them as CSV, removing them, and moving them to another campaign.

Downloading leads

Open your campaign and go to the "Leads" tab. Apply any filters you want first. For example, filter by status (pending, completed, etc.) or by location to narrow down which leads you export.

How to export leads from a Sendpilot campaign

Once you have your filters set, click the checkbox to select all leads in the campaign, then click "Export." This downloads your leads as a CSV file.

Removing leads from a campaign

Select the leads you want to remove. Click "Manage Selected Leads," then select "Remove from Campaign." Confirm the deletion.

🚨 Note: Removing a lead from a campaign is permanent. The lead will no longer appear in that campaign.

Moving leads to another campaign

Step 1: Select the leads you want to move. Click "Manage Selected Leads," then select "Move to Another Campaign."

Step 2: From here, either select an existing campaign to move the leads into, or create a new campaign directly from this screen.

💡 Note: When you move leads, they are removed from the original campaign automatically.
