1. Pausing Campaigns
Step 1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab in Sendpilot
Click "Campaigns" on the sidebar in Sendpilot. Only active campaigns can be paused. Therefore find an ongoing campaign that can be identified with a green play icon and green highlighted text that says "active".
Step 2. Click the green play button
By clicking the green play button, a pop-up message will show asking you whether you are sure to pause the campaign.
Step 3. Confirm pause
By clicking 'Confirm' on the pop-up window, you will pause the campaign immediately.
Step 4. Identifying campaigns with paused status:
A paused campaign will display a orange/yellow pause icon and a highlighted text that says "paused".
2. Resuming Campaign
Step 1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab in Sendpilot
Click "Campaigns" on the sidebar in Sendpilot. Only paused campaigns can be resumed. Therefore find an ongoing campaign that can be identified with a orange/yellow pause icon and a highlighted text that says "paused".
Step 2. Click the yellow/orange pause button
By clicking the yellow/orange pause button, a pop-up message will show asking you whether you are sure to resume the campaign.
Step 3. Confirm resume
By clicking 'Confirm resume' on the pop-up window, you will resume the campaign immediately.
