How to create a campaign

Simple guide on how to create an outreach campaign in Sendpilot.

  1. Head to the tab "My Campaigns" or click the button "Create Campaign" in the top left of the sidebar.

  2. Click "Create Campaign" in the top right of the tab.

  3. Give the campaign a name that you will remember.

  4. Select which source you want to get the leads from, "Leads Database" will take you to the Lead Finder tab, "LinkedIn Scraper" will take you to the Lead Extraction tab. Or you can simply upload a .csv file containing your leads.

  5. Create your the sequence flow by adding actions and conditions exactly as you want to reach out to your prospects.

  6. Set the schedule, timezone and which days you want the campaign to run.

  7. Select which LinkedIn accounts you want to use in the campaign to run the sequence, and set the limits of how many connection requests, message limits and like post limits. All limits are per account, and we recommend to keep it between 10-15 connection requests and message limits per account per day.
